New Construction
Let’s face it, you are excited to build a new home, but sometimes, builders cut corners and do substandard work. We look out for you! We can do inspections while the home is being built, or we can assist you with the walk through to complete the “punch list.”
11th Month Inspections
I don’t know if you are aware or not, but when building a new home, most builders only offer a 12-month warranty. After that you are on your own. I offer an 11 month walk through to help you complete a list for the builder to correct before this happens.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging is a great thing for homeowners and potential buyers. It can “see” into walls to help identify water leaks, energy loss due to improper or missing insulation, any air gaps around doors and windows.
4-Point Inspection
A Four Point Home Inspection is required by the insurance companies before a house insurance policy is issued on a older home(20 years or older). It covers 4 important areas of the home, HVAC, Plumbing , Electrical, and Roof. This inspection shows that the home is insurable.
