I have been doing home inspections since 2014, before moving to Palm Bay. I have studied through InterNACHI (Internachi.org), and advanced to their Certified Professional Inspector designation and studied through The Professional Home Inspection Institute in Madison SD. I have over 25 years in the construction/remodeling industry. As a former firefighter, I was trained in detail on the construction (structure) of a home.

Unlike some inspection companies, we invite you to be at the home inspection. We have the heart of a teacher and would love to teach you about your new home. We also include a book titled Now That You Had a Home Inspection, Florida edition in all of our inspections, absolutely Free.
